Delivery & package policy
To maintain privacy and security on the property, we strongly discourage guests from receiving mail or packages during their stay. Any items sent through the Postal Service or traditional mail carriers (e.g
USPS, UPS, FedEx) will incur a $50 retrieval fee. We recommend using a local UPS store or post office drop box instead.
🛍 Grocery or meal deliveries (e.g Instacart, Uber Eats) where you meet the delivery person at the
door are completely fine and will NOT incur any fee, as our staff are not involved in retrieving those
items.

If you require an extra key fob during your stay, a non-refundable fee of $50 will apply. Please request this in advance so we can arrange it for you.
